Statement jewellery is about us being brave, bold and attention seeking. In most cases the handmade jewellery we choose to wear says so much more about use than the clothes that we wear and can certainly make a bigger impact. This season it is definitely the jewellery that is doing the talking. Here are just a few of the latest additions to my collection of unique semi-precious jewellery designs and these are designs that will get you noticed for all the right reasons.

With this necklace I have used a combination of both the stunning golden semi-precious Smoky Quartz and the brown coloured Smoky Quartz. I have used chunky irregular nuggets of Smoky Quartz with this unusual statement necklace design and I have spaced the semi-precious beads with Sterling Silver beads and the unusual design finishes with round faceted Jade beads in a rich chocolate colour and I have used a Sterling Silver hook and eye fastener with this design.

The faceted Jade beads catch the light beautifully and this is a handcrafted semi-precious stone necklace design that will work well with lots of different outfits.

The great thing about my collection of semi-precious statement jewellery is that there is so many pieces to choose from. I love these statement earrings with the simplicity of the design. These earrings have been handcrafted from faceted nuggets of semi-precious Smoky Quartz and to show off these beautiful nuggets I have just framed these Sterling Silver beads and placed the nuggets onto long Sterling Silver earring hooks, these earrings will compliment the semi-precious statement necklace that I have just shown you and also the piece that has to come. You do not need to add any other semi-precious jewellery to this design as they are going to look great worn on their own.

One of the things about this unusual collection of statement jewellery is that each and every piece of semi-precious jewellery has its own statement and each piece will mean something different to different people for different reasons and this is why we are all unique and that our choice should be unique jewellery, we all want to create our own statement so why buy highstreet when you can by unique.

This handcrafted semi-precious jewellery design is a unique one of a kind piece with only one being made. In this handmade jewellery design I have used a combination of semi-precious Turquoise, some more of the Smoky Quartz nuggets and deep purple coloured nuggets of Amethyst.

All the nuggets in this statement jewellery design have been faceted so they will catch the light and to add some extra design interest I have spaced each of these semi-precious beads with small freshwater pearls and these pearls are a rich cranberry colour. This is not a collection of semi-precious stones that you would probably think would work together and sometimes i like to work out of the box with my statement jewellery designs and this combination looks stunning.
