Below you will see two semi-precious and sterling silver necklaces where I have added this stunning shell to the unique jewellery designs and also a sweet pair of drop earrings.

 This unique necklace has been handmade from Paua Shell and to compliment this amazing shell I have chosen to add the semi-precious stone Blue Goldstone to enhance the natural blue colours that you can see in the Paua Shell.

I have created a pendant as the focal point for the focal point for this unique jewellery design and this has a chunky block of the Blue Goldstone that has been framed with a square block of Paua Shell and a band of this lovely shell.

This pendant sits on a handmade jewellery necklace created from Blue Goldstone and paua Shell beads that have been framed with freshwater pearls. I have used peacock blue coloured freshwater pearls in the unique jewellery design and these beds have been spaced with Sterling Silver beads.

 With this necklace I have used both semi-precious Green Aventurine and Blue Goldstone to compliment the Paua Shell. Again this is a pendant necklace design.

The Paua Shell is stunning and has some beautiful natural colours and the combination of the green of the Aventurine and the Blue of the Goldstone enhance all of these colours.

Paua Shell is mainly found in New Zealand and is sometimes call Abalone Shell.

These are the handmade earrings that I have made to compliment these two necklaces. I have kept the design simple with a disc of semi-precious Blue Goldstone that I have topped with a disc of Paua Shell. These earrings would compliment both of these necklace designs but also look great worn on their own.
