I have given this black onyx necklace a pendant as the focal point for this unique semi-precious gemstone jewellery design. 

I have created a black onyx pendant by stacking five bands of black onyx one on top of the other and spacing these with small sterling silver beads.

This black onyx pendant sits in the centre of a necklace that has been created from tubes of black onyx and beautiful soft grey coloured Chez handmade beads.

These collections of black onyx and Chez beads have been set between S shaped sterling silver tubes.

This black necklace finishes with sterling silver liquid silver beads.

I use these sterling silver beads in my jewellery designs because they give more scope with design detail and the necklace is so much stronger than using a chain.
