The focal point for this short amethyst necklace is a triangular shaped purple amethyst bead.
I have set this amethyst gemstone bead in the centre of a sterling silver necklace that starts with round deep purple coloured amethyst gemstone beads and I have alternated these with bright green coloured freshwater pearls.
The green of the pearls and the deep purple of the amethyst are a beautiful combination.
The sterling silver and amethyst gemstone necklace then continues with S shaped sterling silver and between these I have used small faceted deep green agate beads.
As the short amethyst necklace continues I have used more of the S shaped sterling silver beads.
