I have used a combination of smooth polished semi-precious carnelian beads and faceted carnelian semi-precious beads.

At the base of the beaded carnelian earrings sits a faceted round semi-precious carnelian bead and this sits perfectly under a teardrop bead of this beautiful carnelian semi-precious stone.

These  carnelian beads drop from sterling silver earring hooks.
